Q. What color options do I have for my shirt? ▲
A. Currently, Running Banana only offers white shirts. We print via a process
called sublimation, which means we dye each shirt with your text and/or
graphics. In order for the dye to work, we must have a blank surface (white) to
work with.
Q. What types of graphics can I put on my shirt? ▲
A. You can put anything you want on a shirt, including text, logos, photographs,
and custom artwork. If you have questions, send us an email and attach your
artwork before you order.
Q. What types of files do you accept for artwork? ▲
A. We prefer high-resolution (300 ppi) Photoshop psd files for your artwork. We also accept jpg, pdf, eps,
tiff, bmp, gif and Microsoft Word files. While we cannot guarantee color matching,
creating your artwork using RGB (instead of CMYK) will achieve better color
matches.
Q. What is your minimum order? ▲
A. One! That’s right, you can customize and order a single shirt!
Q. Do you give quantity discounts? ▲
A. Running Banana does not give quantity discounts. Our costs are the same for
each shirt we print, regardless of quantity.
Q. How long does it take to ship a shirt? ▲
A. Upon receipt of your order, it takes approximately 3 weeks to ship your
shirt. If you need your shirt rush-shipped, please contact us before placing
your order to make special arrangements.
Q. What is the cost of shipping? ▲
A. For orders within the United States, we charge a flat fee of $5.00 for orders of up to five shirts and an additional $1.00 for each shirt over five. We ship
via the U.S. Post Office’s first class mail service. For large orders, we may make special shipping arrangements.
Q. What is your return policy? ▲
A. Each of our shirts is custom dyed to your specifications. As a result, we can not offer returns or exchanges. However, if Running Banana makes an error in processing your order, we will make it right. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us
to placing your order.
Yes! Please take a look at it when ordering a shirt because different shirts fit
differently. You can find the size chart here:
A. Each Running Banana shirt style fits differently. Please check the size
chart to verify your size. If you are on the fence about a size, we suggest
that you order towards the larger size. (For instance, if you think a medium
might be right for you, but are worried it will be tight, go ahead and order the
large.)
A. Yes! We can email you a proof of your shirt with artwork. Just respond to
your order confirmation and let us know that you want to see a proof before we
go to print.
Our email proofs are only meant to be a visual tool for you to see how your
artwork will look on your shirt. The colors you see on your screen may vary
significantly from the final product. We cannot guarantee color matching, but
we will try our best to match your requested color.
